Tournament Administrators

PLEASE NOTE: You must always be on the most current major version of BTM; currently BTM 2019, in order to upload your data to TournamentResults.com. Once a new major version is released, you will not be able to upload with any older versions after 30 days from the release date of the new version.

How do I locate my Tournament and/or Tournament ID?
To locate your Tournament, click on "Tournament Search". If your Center not listed, then your Tournament does not upload to our website. Click on the State, Province or Country, then locate your center. From there, follow the instructions on that page.

 

Why are my results not available or updated?
Your results are uploaded by either your Tournament Administrator or your Bowling Center. If they do not upload the data, we cannot update your results. Please contact your Tournament Administrator or Bowling Center Management and ask them to upload your results to TournamentResults.com.

 

How do I contact the Tournament Admin?
Login to the website with your Email and Password. Locate your Tournament by clicking on "Tournament Search". Click on the "Contact Admin" link.

 

How do I register for an account?
Click on the "Register" link. Registration is FREE.

 

What do I do if I forgot my login credentials?
If you have forgotten your Password, click here to go to the Account Access Help page.

 

How do I change my registered Email and/or Password?
Login to the website, then click on your email address on the upper right, then select "Profile".

 

How do I subscribe to a Tournament to receive updates?
Login to the website with your Email and Password. Locate your Tournament by clicking on "Tournament Search". Click on the "Get Email Updates" link.

 

How do I unsubscribe from a specific League?
Login to the website, then click on your email address on the upper right, then select "My Tournaments". Click on the Delete icon for the corresponding Tournament.

How do I obtain a TournamentResults.com Tournament ID?
Please see our How to Upload page as Tournament ID assignment is done within your BTM Program.

 

How do I delete an upload?
If, for any reason, you need to remove an upload due to errorneous data, you have two options:

  1. Make any and all corrections within BTM and upload your data.
  2. If you just want to revert back to what was previously uploaded prior to the upload that is in error, login to the website, then click on your email address on the upper right, then select "Director Admin". Click on the Admin icon for the corresponding Tournament. Click on the "Uploads" button. Click on the "Activate" icon for the upload you would like to activate.

 

How do I change what Center my Tournament is listed in?
The Center in which your Tournament appears in is controlled from within your BTM Program. Please see our your How to Upload page for instructions.

 

How do I see who is registered to receive emails for my Tournament?
Login to the website, then click on your email address on the upper right, then select "Director Admin". Click on the Admin icon for the corresponding Tournament. Click on the "Registered Bowlers" button.

 

How do I add a bowler to receive emails?
Within your BTM Program, under the Bowler Profile, enter the email address in the corresponding field. Upon your next upload, the bowler will be registered to receive emails for your Tournament. Note that if they have unsubscribed from our website or your Tourament, they will not appear on the list.

 

How do I contact my Bowlers?
Login to the website, then click on your email address on the upper right, then select "Director Admin". Click on the Admin icon for the corresponding Tournament. Click on the "Contact Bowlers" button.

 

How do I download my backup files?
Login to the website, then click on your email address on the upper right, then select "Director Admin". Click on the Admin icon for the corresponding Tournament. Click on the "Uploads" button. From there, select the backup file you need by clicking on the download icon for the corresponding backup.

 

How do I mark my Tournament Results as Official?
Open your Tournament within BTM. Click on the "Setup" button on top, then select "General Rules". Under "General Rules", select "Tournament Setup". Change "Consider the current Tournament Results Final and Official" switch to "Yes". Now upload the data.
